The first encounter with Dr. Ip was because I noticed he has a fabulous clinic, it is big, and he even has chain clinics in Shanghai. From calling for booking to the actual consultation, every process was excellent. Medical officers are well-mannerd, plus Dr. Ip's intensive treatment, my prolonged dental problems were cured.

Due to the nature of work, I need to travel alot, hence I had a long term neglectance of oral hygiene. I have always had bleeding and swollen gums. I did not realise how bad the situation was until I retired, if I had waited longer, I would have lost all my teeth.
